Welcome to Rotary Club Landen

Rotary Club Landen is a club located in the heart of Haspengouw in Belgium.  For 35 years, the members of the club have been committed to supporting charities and projects proposed to us by people and organizations in our community and surroundings, our nation, and internationally.  Through the years we have made donations and contributions in the vicinity of 1 million €.  Of course, in order to be able to support all these projects, in addition to the commitment, hard work, and contributions of our own members, we also rely on the support and sympathy of people and companies that participate in events that we organize, such as dinner & dance evenings, auctions, online sales, performances, concerts, and any other activity that allow people to have fun while helping us help others!

Rotary Club Landen is part of Rotary International's global network of more than one million members in 37,000 clubs around the world. The Rotary Foundation, to which every member also contributes, spends more than 300 million euros worldwide annually on projects supporting poverty reduction, access to education, local development, health care (including polio control), maternal and child health, access to water, the environment and climate, peace, and disaster relief.

We strongly believe that children and young people are the hope for the future and a better world, and as such we offer them the opportunity to develop and express their skills (school debates, technical competitions), participate in the international exchange programs, receive scholarships, and go through special training programs; all to help them in their development as people of good, and in their professional careers.
