Welcome to Rotary Club Landen

Rotary Club Landen is a club with about forty members, located in the heart of Haspengouw in Belgium.

For over 30 years, the members of the club have been committed to supporting local and international needs, we offer support to charities and projects that are proposed to us by people and organizations from Landen and surroundings. In order to support the various projects, in addition to the commitment and contributions of the members, we also appeal to the sympathy of people and companies that participate in events that we organize, such as a dinner & dance, an auction or sale, a performance or concert.

Rotary Club Landen is part of Rotary International's global network of more than one million members in 37,000 clubs around the world. The Rotary Foundation, to which every member also contributes, spends more than 300 million euros worldwide annually on project support for poverty reduction, access to education, local development, health care (including polio control), maternal and child health, access to water, the environment and climate , peace and for disaster relief.

As Rotary, we are building a world where people come together and take action for lasting change; worldwide, in our community and in ourselves. Every Rotarian subscribes to high ethical standards and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Charter.

Rotary Club Landen regularly organizes activities for young people to give them the opportunity to develop and express their skills (school debate, technical skills competition) and also participates in the international exchange and scholarship programs.
